A description of a Christian that brings us hope;
an earthly tent and a heavenly building
groaning – wanting to be clothed in our heavenly dwelling
a mortal desiring to be swallowed up by life
fashioned for this life by God
the Spirit given as a guarantee of this life to come
living this mortal life by faith
preferring to be away from here and with God
having the goal to please Him wherever we are
appointed to appear before the judgment seat of Christ
Many people watch us as we go thru this life, many people judge our actions and words, but friend for a Christian there is only one Judge to consider. We are on a stage, a stage we call a journey, our life- in front of one Person – God Himself.
Who will I aim to please today? Whose praise will I seek?
